The developer of dusitD2 Waves Hotel at Waves Beach Club and Residences in San Juan, La Union said that in just a little over a year since the official groundbreaking of the project, 46 percent of the total units have already been reserved by prospective unit owners, pushing the opening date closer.
“We have already allotted a total of 99 units out of the 216 units available in dusitD2 Waves Hotel for prospective clients. We are looking to start operations by the first quarter of 2020,” Waves Beach Club and Residences chairman Fausto Liriano said.
He said that since the groundbreaking a year ago, excavation works were already completed. The developers are working on the fabrication of concrete pile driving for the foundation of the building, which is already 40-percent done, he said.
Dusit International teamed up with RCL Realty and Consulting Services Inc. and Brightbeam Corp. for the development of Waves Beach Club and Residences in 2016.
