Local developer taps proptech platform

Fourteen months into the pandemic, the Philippine property market is seen as one of the most resilient in the business sector—for a good reason.

Local developer taps proptech platform
RLC Residences teams up with leading proptech platform Ohmyhome to showcase its value proposition and product offerings.

Quickly adapting to changes brought about by the new normal, entire families are now primed to literally do everything in the comfort and safety of their dwellings. Thus, residential property seekers are showing greater interest in living spaces with safety and smart-home features and within communities that offer convenient access to essential destinations and amenities.

Location is also getting closer scrutiny, as homes offering proximity to hospitals and wellness facilities and retail establishments are prioritized. With the pandemic imposing financial strain on families, prospective buyers are also drawn towards developers extending consumer promotions and flexible payment schemes.

Because the field is rife with opportunities, it has spawned a plethora of industry players, all vying for a slice of the property pie. The stiff competition has driven top residential property brands such as RLC Residences to shift the property buying/selling journey to an immersive online experience.

“The traditional way of property selling,” experts say, “has been relegated to the sidelines since consumer behavior across all sectors is now massively influenced by things they see, view, and experience online.”

RLC Residences teamed up with leading property technology platform Ohmyhome to showcase its value proposition and product offerings. The partnership is also strengthening RLC Residences’ presence in the international market.

With the help of Ohmyhome’s reliable platforms and presence in Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines, Karen Cesario, RLC Residences’ head of marketing, says, “there is increased awareness for the brand, which we anticipate to drive additional prospects for us, in terms of international sales.”

“Through Ohmyhome,” Cesario says, “RLC Residences, backed by Robinsons Land Corp.’s more than 30 years of solid real estate experience, is progressing into becoming a global brand that can compete with its Southeast Asian counterparts in terms of design standards and product innovation.”

More than expanding its horizons, RLC Residences seeks to partner with a property platform that puts customers first. “Ohmyhome offers a unique customer servicing experience that gives high regard for every client inquiry. This end-to-end service makes all transactions safe and convenient for investors and homebuyers,” Cesario says.

With the partnership, RLC Residences brings its top-notch condominium developments to the Ohmyhome platform. These include SYNC, The Sapphire Bloc, The Magnolia Residences, Galleria Residences Cebu, and The Residences at The Westin Manila Sonata Place. Situated in key cities such as Pasig, Mandaluyong, Quezon City, and Cebu City, RLC Residences caters to a wide range of markets: young professionals, early nesters, and small families, retirees, OFWs, and property investors.

“All RLC Residences properties follow the Raise, Live, and Connect value proposition,” Cesario says. “Raise is about spurring homeowners to raise their families by providing all services that they need. It is also about raising the standards of residential properties through tasteful architecture, elegant lobbies, and high-quality spaces that enrich everyday life.”

“Live calls on residents to aim for a fulfilling, smart, and productive life, with smart spaces that ensure work-life balance and efficient work-from-home setups, a promise of quality in units and amenities, and the integration of digital solutions in everyday living.”

“Finally, Connect is about nurturing relationships as homeowners build a rewarding lifestyle and career. RLC Residences touts spacious lobbies, recreational facilities, connections to transportation hubs, and access to exclusive lifestyle perks and privileges within the property’s prime location—all resulting in more opportunities for leisure and relaxation with loved ones.”

RLC Residences also shares upcoming developments that interested homeowners can check out in the Ohmyhome platform. The newly launched SYNC Y Tower in C5, Barangay Bagong Ilog, Pasig City, features a strategic location, classy architectural designs, and functional amenities. These and more make this development a preferred choice of urban professionals on the go.

Also located in Pasig is The Sapphire Bloc, an award-winning property that provides a walkable lifestyle, well-designed city homes, and revitalizing living spaces for driven urbanites such as young professionals, BPO employees, investors, medical practitioners, and modern city families.

Found within the Ortigas central business district is The Residences at The Westin Manila Sonata Place, ideal for diplomats, businessmen, politicians, and investors. The world-class development offers a premium location, hotel-like living, upscale amenities, architecture, and design featuring international partners. The Westin Manila also boasts of posh units with appliances and home fixtures from top brands Gaggenau, Leicht, Duravit, and Hansgrohe.

For prospective homeowners in New Manila, Quezon City, The Magnolia Residences in Robinsons Magnolia Town Center complex presents a comfortable city lifestyle for early nesters, small families, retirees, OFWs, and investors.

In Cebu, RLC Residences has Galleria Residences, a project fully-integrated with the Robinsons Galleria Cebu Complex. With three residential towers in modern and timeless architecture, the property has a wide array of recreational amenities for a resort-like living experience.

RLC Residences foresees local and international property seekers coming across their product offerings in Ohmyhome’s platforms. “However, it’s Ohmyhome’s public relations and social media components that will help us most in the initial phases of our partnership,” Cesario says.

Interested homeowners who would like to purchase or invest in an RLC Residences property can simply head to the Ohmyhome website or download the Ohmyhome application.

Ohmyhome helps Filipinos find their dream homes, while making sure each real estate transaction is complete and is an efficient and enjoyable experience.
