DigiPlus Interactive, operator of online gaming platforms BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, SpinPlus and GameZone, said Monday it introduced player protection tools to promote responsible gaming.
The company said its in-app “Responsible Gaming” tab allows users to set daily gaming limits, customize play schedules, and cap losses and deposits. Self-exclusion tools are also available for users to temporarily suspend their accounts.
DigiPlus is also conducting a webinar series, “Tamang Laro, Tamang Panalo,” to educate players on responsible gaming, financial literacy, and well-being. The company said it also offers financial coaching sessions.
In partnership with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), DigiPlus launched “Pusta de Peligro,” a campaign featuring short films to raise awareness about self-control and financial discipline in gaming.
“Responsible gaming…is a core part of the DigiPlus DNA,” said DigiPlus chairman Eusebio Tanco in a statement.
“By integrating global best practices in player protection, financial education, and digital responsibility, we are setting the standard for a safer, more mindful gaming experience in the Philippines,” he said.
DigiPlus said its initiatives are part of its commitment to responsible digitalization, a pillar of the BingoPlus Foundation.
DigiPlus Interactive Corp. offers digital entertainment platforms in the Philippines, including BingoPlus and ArenaPlus. The company also operates SpinPlus and GameZone.
