Madcafé, the latest café and restaurant franchise in town, opened its latest branch on January 27, 2024, at SM Araneta City in Quezon City.
Franchise owner Anna Donita Tapay proudly boasts about their branch specialties—Kare-kare, Steak, and Sisig. The store marks her latest business acquisition.
The establishment features a unique business model, distinct themes, great food, and family-friendly spaces. Madcafé is the first home-grown café to successfully implement uniqueness in various aspects. Plans are underway for additional branches in Cebu and Mindanao.
It is a business concept offering a hassle-free venture dedicated to the craft. The team is hands-on in running all franchises. A brief blessing program was hosted by Ferdinand “Principe Makata” Clemente.
Madcafé serves exclusive drinks tailored to each branch, including cinnamon dolce latte, matcha espresso, and oreo espresso. Dessert options include churro waffles, mango French toast, biscoff French toast, pup cup, and more.
Existing branches are located at Congressional Ave., Quezon City, Don Antonio, SM Cubao, SM Fairview, and SM Southmall.
Tapay highlights an array of food specialties, including creamy carbonara, chili sardines, meaty spaghetti, chicken pesto pasta, and Cajun chicken pasta for pasta lovers.
Main courses feature crispy pork sisig, beef pares rice, steak sunrise bowl, and crispy pork binagoongan. Mad chicken wings come in flavors such as mango habanero, garlic parmesan, teriyaki, honey sriracha, salted egg, and sinigang glaze.
Sandwich options range from classic beef burgers to meaty clubhouse sandwiches, cheesesteak tapa sandwiches, seafood rolls, breakfast waffle sandwiches, and ube tres leches waffle and chicken.
Appetizers include crispy calamari, croquette, cheesy taco dip skillet, kani dip skillet, mozzarella cheese sticks, parmesan fries and mad fries. Salad choices encompass BLT shrimp salad, kani and mango salad, and mad salad.
Children are not forgotten, with specially crafted kids’ meals like meaty spaghetti served with parmesan fries and mad wings paired with special mashed potatoes.
