CLI building Lyceum complex in Davao

Cebu Landmasters Inc. has teamed up with Lyceum of the Philippine University to develop the latter’s 17-hectare property into a mixed-use with a world university town development.

CLI said in a disclosure to the stock exchange the agreement with Lyceum called for the development of the LPU Town Davao set to begin construction by the fourth quarter of 2018. 

The 17-hectare mixed-use development is envisioned to have an academic, residential, commercial, office, hotel and convention components. 

A 5.2-hectare lot has also been allotted for LPU Davao campus, including an academic resource center, a pool, dormitories, maritime center and a football field in Buhangin, Davao City.
