Home Credit Philippines earned a spot among the Top 100 Employers for Fresh Grads for 2026 in the Prosple Philippines rankings, marking its third consecutive year on the list and reinforcing its commitment to developing the next generation of Filipino professionals.
In the 2026 rankings, Home Credit placed 9th in Employer Overall and 7th in Best in Recruitment Process. The company also ranked 10th in Best Culture and Best in Diversity and Inclusion, and 16th in Best Reputation.
Prosple Philippines based the recognition on surveys and verified workplace experiences from students, recent graduates, and current employees. The results highlight Home Credit’s efforts to support early-career talent and recognize their contributions to the organization.
“We see fresh graduates not just as new hires, but as future leaders who will shape the direction of our company
“This recognition affirms our commitment to creating an environment where young professionals receive support, take on meaningful challenges, and access opportunities to grow. Their success remains closely tied to the long-term success of our company. We see fresh graduates not just as new hires, but as future leaders who will shape the direction of our company,” said Home Credit chief people officer Barbara Mecua.
Home Credit also continues to strengthen its early career initiatives through scholarships, internship programs, and the Harnessing Your Potential for Excellence (H.Y.P.E.) career acceleration program.
The initiative offers specialized tracks in data analytics and management training, giving young professionals hands-on experience, mentorship, and cross-functional exposure as they prepare for leadership roles in the consumer finance sector.
