World Trade Center Metro Manila said it has maintained its ISO 9001:2015 certification for more than 10 years, marking a decade of adherence to international quality management and service standards.
The venue operator said its compliance with these global benchmarks is driven by structured workflows designed to increase operational efficiency and consistency.
The recognition from BSI Philippines validates the company’s internal systems and professional workforce, the organization said.
“Achieving ISO 9001:2015 re-certification for over a decade reflects our commitment to world-class standards and our dedication to serving clients with excellence,” World Trade Center Metro Manila chairman and chief executive Pamela Pascual said in a statement.
Under the ISO framework, the organization utilizes systematic client feedback mechanisms and service enhancements to meet customer satisfaction principles.
To sustain these standards, employees undergo regular training on quality management practices to ensure accountability and operational excellence.
The premier exhibition and convention center has also integrated modern technology and sustainable practices into its facility management. These initiatives are intended to support long-term resilience and help the venue stay competitive with evolving global industry trends.
Since receiving its initial ISO certification in 2012, World Trade Center Metro Manila has positioned itself as a primary hub for international trade fairs, corporate events and industry conferences.
The venue continues to leverage its quality management leadership to act as a partner for both local and global organizations.
