Clark Development Corp. (CDC) and SMK Electronics (Phils.) Corp. hold soap making livelihood training for 20 employees on March 22, 2025 at the SMK Conference Room in Clark Freeport Zone.
The training, facilitated in partnership with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and the Philippine Competency Training and Accreditation Center Inc. (PCTAC), provided employees with valuable knowledge in soap-making techniques, ingredient selection and potential business opportunities.
