SolX Technologies continued its successful partnership with Xavier School to advance its rooftop solar PV initiative across two campuses in Nuvali, Laguna and San Juan City.
Under the leadership of former president Fr. Aristotle Dy, SJ, the project was 80-percent complete in San Juan and fully operational at Nuvali.
With guidance from Fr. Joseph Haw, the school is making strong progress toward its sustainability goals.
As part of the 36-month contract, SolX Technologies provides Energy Portfolio Management (EPM) services and ecured a new energy supply contract under the GEOP framework, ensuring optimized energy generation and long-term savings.
The partnership delivered over P3 million in electricity savings.
The campuses will generate 479kWp, contributing to Xavier School’s energy savings and sustainability goals.
Launched in September 2023, the initiative underscores the school’s commitment to reducing its environmental footprint.
Xavier School’s confidence in SolX Technologies has been strengthened by the initiative’s success, ensuring a lasting partnership rooted in sustainability and expertise.
“We are excited to partner with SolX as we embark on this transformative journey toward solar energy,” said Dobbin Tan, Xavier School treasurer.
“SolX’s expertise has empowered us to make well-informed decisions that enhance our operational efficiency while reinforcing our commitment to sustainability.”
Bradley Cua, founder of SolX Technologies, expressed gratitude for the leadership at Xavier School.
“We are incredibly grateful to former President Fr. Aristotle Dy, SJ, and to Fr. Joseph Haw, SJ, Ed.D., the 7th School president of Xavier School, for their visionary leadership and steadfast commitment to sustainability. Their support has been vital in bringing this solar initiative to life, and we are honored to be a part of Xavier’s journey toward a greener future.”
