The Department of Trade and Industry’s (DTI) new Digital Service Office (DSO) launched digital access for Filipino businesses with the Online Negosyo Program (ONP).
An enhanced version of the E-Commerce Bureau’s Oplan TLC, the program offers comprehensive training modules on digital literacy and utilizing various e-commerce platforms.
“By collaborating with large enterprises, we can leverage their extensive networks and supply chains to reach a wider range of businesses and rapidly accelerate digital transformation across the country,” said DTI Secretary Alfredo Pascual.
The ONP aims to empower smaller partners, contractors and subcontractors within these supply chains by equipping them with essential digital skills and tools.
The goal is to expand digital technology access and new markets through e-commerce, increase e-payment usage, and enhance linkages with logistics supply chains.
