Pru Life UK approved over 8,000 claims and disbursed P1.9 billion in claims and insurance benefits for maturity policies in 2023 based on the enhanced quarterly report on selected financial statistics submitted to the Insurance Commission.
It said these figures underscored Pru Life UK’s commitment to its customers’ well-being and financial stability.

The company also held the ‘#RealTalk: Stories of our Customers’ series where agency leaders and senior management delved into case studies of customers’ experiences, to create a culture of continued improvement.
