Infra projects push property values up outside Metro Manila

Infrastructure projects of the national government have drastically reduced travel time between Metro Manila and other cities and towns, making road trips fast, smooth and easy for leisure and business travelers alike.

New infrastructure projects will help residents in communities outside the National Capital Region to save time and resources with shorter drives and commutes to and from the metropolis.

Other noteworthy transportation projects in the works that are guaranteed to improve connectivity are North-South Commuter Railway, Metro Manila Subway, Cebu Bus Rapid Transit and the Clark International Airport Expansion Phase 1.

“These infrastructure projects benefit real estate not just through value appreciation, but also by spurring economic activity and growth. What this means for our residents are more opportunities for tourism, business, education, and manufacturing, among others,” says Aguilar.
