Emirates Airlines is still confident the Civil Aeronautics Board will reconsider a decision rejecting the extension of the airlines’ third daily Manila-Dubai flight after January 26, 2015.
“We encourage the honorable court to reconsider the decision to allow the resumption of our third flight as soon as possible for the sake of tourism and OFW market,” Abdalla Al Zamani Emirates country manager Philippines told reporters.
Al Zamani said passenger demand “is huge and it is growing” for the Manila-Dubai flight.
“There’s a need for more flights to tourism and business. We are committed to the Philippine government to get more tourists,” he said.
