Big Bad Wolf Books, known for its large-scale book fairs, continues to expand its reach in the Philippines, aiming to make literature more accessible and foster a reading culture among young people. As part of this mission, it launched its first book sale of 2025 in Clark, Pampanga, focusing on youth empowerment through reading and education.

The event, which happened from March 14 to 23 at SMX Convention Center Clark, featured over two million books at discounts of up to 95 percent. As part of its Red Readerhood corporate social responsibility program, the book fair partnered with Anak Bale-Balayan, a community center promoting culture and arts among youth in Pampanga.

Anak Bale-Balayan provides a creative space for young people to develop confidence and explore their talents through music and the arts.

Big Bad Wolf Books matched every book donation made by visitors at the designated Red Readerhood corner, aiming to provide Kapampangan youth with resources to expand their knowledge and pursue their interests.

In celebration of Women’s Month, the book sale also hosted the “Woman In My Life” contest that invited residents of Pampanga, Tarlac, Zambales, Bataan, and Metro Manila aged 15 and above to share stories about women who have influenced their lives.
