More than 30 Overseas Filipino Workers displaced during the 2016 Saudi crisis picket in front of the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration in Pasay City to seek a dialogue after Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello’s promise to pay them billions of pesos worth of back wages and end of service benefits. They presented balloons and birthday cake for DOLE’s 88th Anniversary with a written amount of unpaid wages and benefits.
