Alsons Consolidated Resources Inc. said Tuesday core net earnings grew 7 percent in the first nine months to P1.14 billion from P949 million in the same period last year.
Alsons said in a disclosure to stock exchange core net earnings in the third quarter slightly declined to P272.92 million from P275.5 million a year ago.

The publicly-listed company of the Alcantara Group reported revenues of P7.04 billion from January to September, up from P6.43 billion year-on-year. Revenues in the third quarter reached P2.47 billion, up 21 percent from P2.02 billion in the same period last year.
Alsons said its 210-megawatt Sarangani Energy Corp. baseload power plant continued to be the key revenue and income driver for the company.
