Nadim Elzein, a 23-year-old Filipino model, with Lebanese and Palestinian lineage, was crowned Misters of Filipinas – Man of the World 2021 during the finals held recently at Silver Reef Dive Resort in Dauin, Negros Oriental.
Elzein, who has his roots in Cavite, was born and raised in Dubai but came to the Philippines some years back to continue his studies at the Lyceum of the Philippines Cavite where he graduated with a degree in International Travel and Tourism Management and also won his first title as Mr. LPU Cavite in 2018.
“It’s an honor to represent the Filipino community here in the United Arabs Emirate. We are being recognized here in UAE when it comes to our dedication, hard work and integrity. In all kinds of profession, Filipinos are truly world class. We got it all. Filipinos in UAE are inspiring the world globally with everything they got, especially, with their talents, skills and the values that made them strong people to influence others,” Elzein said.
“Be happy with what you have, while working for what you want. Do something today that your future self will thank you for. With that in mind, I keep my health in check for I am also an athlete,” said Elzein who helps with his brother’s business and plans to put up his own company.
Junichi Yabushita of Cebu City was named First Prince, while Derick Allen Lauchengco of Laguna City and Romel Ayag of Caloocan City were named Second and Third Princes, respectively.
Jearu Ed Magbuhat of Batangas rounded out the Top 5 as Fourth Prince. Sean Vintola of Negros Oriental and Jomarl Pabalan of Pampanga were named PEPPS Ambassadors 2021.
