Youngsters from Metro Manila enjoy horseback riding at a ranch in Tagaytay City. Residents from the National Capital Region (NCR) start to travel to nearby cities, following the declaration that the NCR has been place in the more relaxed Alert 2 Level which took effect on Friday.
