Two women were killed while two others, including the driver of a passenger car, suffered injuries after their vehicle was allegedly rammed by a speeding dump truck along the northbound side of the C-5 Ortigas flyover from Pasig City going to Quezon City on Monday, Sept. 13, 2021.
