Christmas colors

As the "ber" months set in, Manila City Hall switches on the colorful dancing fountain nightly from 6:30 until 7 in the evening to bring joy to the people of Manila. But because of the quarantine controls such as curfew and ban on kids outside their homes, only a few can watch the kaleidoscopic colors of fountain water and listen to the soothing music in front of the Kartilya ng Katipunan Shrine.
