GetGo points earned from Jan. 1, 2020 onwards are converted into Go Rewards points. One Go Rewards point is equivalent to P1 which can be redeemed by the member for flights with Cebu Pacific or purchases in over 2,000 retail outlets.

“We are excited to be part of this new and improved loyalty program where we are now able to offer more rewards and options for our customers,” said Candice Iyog, vice president for marketing and customer experience.

Under Go Rewards, members can earn and redeem points from purchases in Robinsons Department Store, Robinsons Supermarket, The Marketplace, Shopwise, Southstar Drug, True Value, Daiso, Toys R Us, Ministop, Daiso Japan, No Brand, Caltex, Handyman, and more.

Meanwhile, GetGo points earned before Jan. 1, 2020 are converted into Travel Fund which may be used to purchase flights and add-ons on Cebu Pacific’s website. The airline says GetGo members “have been informed of their corresponding point conversions via registered email”.

Members with GetGo loyalty cards may exchange them for the new Go Rewards Classic card in any Robinsons retail store, and activate it through the Go Rewards app.

GetGo members with existing Go Rewards membership can merge both accounts through the app, while those new to Go Rewards can register and link their GetGo account. Once linked, the GetGo number will be deactivated and the new Go Rewards number will be the membership account moving forward.
