Pizza chain Greenwich recently opened its first delivery and takeout-only store to cater to consumers’ preference for off-premise consumption.
The store, located in Las Piñas, aims to strengthen the delivery and takeout services available in Greenwich’s over 270 stores nationwide, which the chain said were not enough to cater to the increased demand.
“The pandemic brought changes in customer behavior and required practical solutions to customer needs. We saw this opportunity to provide our customers convenient, dependable access via strengthened delivery and takeout channels,” said Rowena Guce, business channels and franchising head.
Greenwich bared its plan to open more delivery and takeout stores in several locations in the country to improve delivery area gaps, shorten delivery time, and provide better customer experience.
