Stricter border control is being enforced to prevent travelers who have not or refuse to be swabbed from entering Baguio City. According to Lt. Col. Domingo Gambican, local policy operations officer, passing-through travelers need to fill up a form at the entry checkpoint, which in turn should be surrendered at the exit checkpoint.
