German luggage manufacturer Rimowa takes its polycarbonate suitcases a few sizes down in its latest collection of personal cases.
First unveiled on the runway of Dior’s summer 2020 collection as part of a limited-edition capsule collection collaboration with Kim Jones, Rimowa Personal marks the 21st anniversary of the brand’s launch of its polycarbonate suitcase.
The collection also heralds the brand’s next step in product evolution, expanding beyond travel to more lifestyle products.
Crafted for the first time in ultra-lightweight, dent-resistant grooved polycarbonate, the Rimowa Personal is a unisex hard-shell crossbody bag meant to house daily personal essentials like keys, wallet, and phone. The interior has two open compartments, a zipped pocket, and three card slots.
It can be worn with the detachable, adjustable leather body strap or carried like a clutch.
The new collection is available in four polycarbonate glossy colors: two permanent (Black and White) and two seasonal hues (Desert Rose and Cactus). It is now available at Rimowa stores worldwide.
