Philippine National Police chief Gen. Guillermo Eleazar witnesses the passing of the baton of command between the outgoing Calabarzon Regional Director Brig. Gen. Felipe Natividad and his successor, Brig. Gen. Eliseo Cruz in Camp Vicente Lim in Laguna. Natividad was moved to the Special Action Force as its new head.
