The Bacolod City Emergency Operations Center (EOC) and the COVID-19 Vaccination Council (CoVaC), both chaired by Mayor Bing Leonardia, held the City’s mass vaccination at the Cinema lobby at the southwing of SM City Bacolod. The 5-day vaccination, from May 3 to 7, is to accommodate the remaining frontline healthcare workers, senior citizens, and persons with co-morbidities who were not inoculated yet.
