European homebuilder PIK recently held a media roundtable to showcase the comforts of its first project in the country, One Sierra, in Mandaluyong (shown here).
PIK has been creating quality homes for over 27 years, and is reportedly a leader in the Russian real estate market. “Our mission has always been to provide beautiful, functional and durable homes to raise and redefine their quality of life,” said PIK head project manager for international development Gasan Guseynov.
To date, PIK claimed to have built homes for over 500,000 households and have a market capitalization of $8.6 Billion. “We are very excited to launch our first project in the region with One Sierra in Mandaluyong,” said PIK country Manager Mai Yang.
The project was designed with John Mc Aslan + Partners, a London-based architectural firm, bringing in modern aesthetics and green-building technologies.
