Public Works Secretary Mark Villar (right) and DPWH Undersecretary Emil Sadain on Wednesday inspect the Estrella-Pantaleon Bridge, also known as the Rockwell Bridge, that will help decongest the traffic in EDSA. Villar said the bridge, which connects Makati City and Mandaluyong City, would be completed in July.
