An enforcer of the Inter-Agency Council for Traffic (IACT) asks a jeepney to pull over along P. Burgos Street in front of Manila City Hall on Monday to check if it is following traffic enforcement law and health protocols as part of the transport sector’s sustained measures in ensuring the safety and security of the riding public, especially against COVID-19.
