Ayala Land Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC) recently took in a new lessee, Lemcon Philippines, in ALogis Biñan within Laguna Technopark.
The latter, an asset management solutions company, will take up 17,000 sqm of gross leasable space, or 10 units of ready-built facilities for exclusive storage of infrastructure equipment for a telecommunications company.
ALogis Biñan is Lemcon Philippines’ newest business address as it expands its services nationwide.
The contract signing was led by (seated from left to right) ALLHC head of ALogis Bianca S. Tan; ALLHC head of industrial parks and real estate logistics and Laguna Technopark, Inc. president Patrick C. Avila; CEO Maria Rowena M. Tomeldan; Lemcon Philippines vice president – finance Harsyl R. Tan; and vice president – operations Leah Regina DC. Castor. Other ALogis sites are in Naic, Porac, Calamba, and Manila, comprising over 200,000 sqm of leasable industrial space.
ALLHC owns and manages Laguna Technopark, Cavite Technopark, and Pampanga Technopark in Luzon, and Laguindingan Technopark in Mindanao.
