Muntinlupa Mayor Jaime Fresnedi (left) signs a Memorandum of Agreement with PSA-NCR Regional Director Paciano Dizon (right) on Wednesday at Muntinlupa City Hall for the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) Registration in the city, which aims to establish a single national identification system for all.
