MyMed Rx Plus Corporation President Jojo Soliman shows boxes of favipiravir and umifenovir at the Pure Force and Rescue Operation office in Manila. Both antiviral drugs are being used to treat COVID-19 cases through a compassionate permit of the Food and Drugs Administration. Soliman said the Pure Group of Companies have placed orders of 1 million tablets of favipiravir (Avigan) and 3 million tablets of umifenovir (Arbidol) to secure for hospitals and up to 200,000 patients who may need it.
