A fire burns at the rooftop of Vernida Tower in Salcedo Village, Makati on Tuesday. The fire started at 2:52 p.m., was raised to second alarm at 3 p.m., and was declared under control at 3:30 p.m. The fire was out at 3:48 p.m, according to the Bureau of Fire Protection – National Capital Region.
