Bikers are arrested by policemen from the Manila Police District-Plaza Miranda station in Quiapo, Manila for violation of Enhanced Quarantine Community (ECQ) protocols on Sunday. Under ECQ, only Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APOR) are allowed to go out.
