The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) rescues 70 passengers of distressed passenger vessel MV Vince Gabriel III in the waters off Barangay Cambas-ac, Dapa, Surigao del Norte on Thursday morning. The ship departed from Port of Dapa going to Surigao City Port and Ferry Terminal and while underway, it encountered an engine problem due to its damaged exhaust pipe, releasing severe smoke inside the vessel.
