The multisectoral Simultaneous Earthquake Drill for the first quarter of the year goes as planned nationwide with private and government employees including members of the Mandaluyong Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office taking part. The government says the quarterly drill is intended to prepare the public for earthquake-related disasters.
