Doctor Ricardo Runez, chief of the Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center, receives the first shot of the Sinovac COVID-19 vaccine which arrived in Baguio City on March 4. The 7,800 doses of vaccine will be distributed to all government hospitals in the Cordillera Administrative Region.
