CitiGlobal Realty and Development Inc. starts the construction of Tagaytay Clifton Resort Suites’ Celtis Tower. Celtis Tower is one of the TCRS condominiums and the third tower in development in Alfonso, Cavite. Once completed, the TCRS project will feature a clubhouse, gym, library, swimming pool and other leisure facilities. Attending the groundbreaking ceremony are CitiGlobal’s technical team members and engineers.
