Real estate and land developer Citiglobal, recently started turning over the first batch of its Cedar Tower’s condotel units to their investors.
Cedar Tower is one of the several towers that comprise the Tagaytay Clifton Resort Suites (TCRS) in Alfonso, Cavite.
CitiGlobal also clarified reports last month insinuating it was engaged in fraudulent activities.
The company, which markets projects such as Fontaine Villas, also in Tagaytay, to overseas Filipino overseas workers, said it is open to address the concerns of clients.
“Rest assured that we will deliver our promise to give our investors a rewarding investment and work toward providing them the delightful client experience they deserve,” said CitiGlobal in a statement.
The company claimed to be a registered corporation before the SEC, with licenses and permits from the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB), the local government, and other regulatory bodies.
