A large billboard is displayed at the Tagaytay Circle saying the city in Cavite is protected against COVID-19 once residents will be vaccinated against the disease on Saturday. Officials said the sign is meant to inform tourists that Tagaytay is strictly enforcing health protocols to prevent the spread of disease.
