President Rodrigo Roa Duterte presides over the 50th Cabinet Meeting at the Malacañang Palace on Monday night, on the same day he administers the oath of office to Mark Lapid as new member of the Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority Board of Directors and to Benjamin Abalos Jr. as the new chairman of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority.
