Mega Manila under water

Typhoon “Ulysses” (Vamco) brought about howling winds and heavy rains, causing untold sufferings to millions of residents of Mega Manila and most parts of Luzon. In Marikina, Rodriguez, San Mateo and Montalban, many houses and cars under water were a common sight and so were the government-sent rescue teams and good samaritans who arrived just in the nick of time. #TeamPNP and AFP
