Workers of the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) conduct maintenance work at the Napindan, Hagonoy, Labasan, and Taguig pumping stations on Tuesday after a series of rains and strong winds caused by Typhoon ‘Rolly.’ According to MMDA Chairman Danny Lim, the efforts of their flood control personnel and the smooth operation of MMDA pumping stations have helped a lot in ensuring that no serious flooding occurred in Metro Manila.
