QDRRMO urban search and rescue team together with barangay workers from Barangay Commonwealth conduct a joint clearing operation after a tree was uprooted and fell in a residential area at Pacheco compound at Katuparan Street due to strong winds and heavy rains brought about by Typhoon Rolly.
