State weather bureau Pagasa said severe tropical storm Goni has entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility Thursday afternoon.
The severe weather disturbance, named Rolly, was expected to move toward the Quezon-Aurora area over the weekend.

The agency warned flash floods and landslides are possible during moderate to heavy rains.
