Manila Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso (left) presents Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) University President Emmanuel Leyco with 284 units of smart tablets on Friday. The poorest PLM student received them on Saturday (other picture), allow them to keep up with online learning. PLM Enrollees for Academic Year 2020-2021 who reported having no gadgets and have the lowest annual family incomes have been prioritized to help them adapt to the “new normal” in education. The City of Manila assisted the University in the door-to-door delivery of the gadgets.
