PAL opens additional Manila-Davao flights

Legacy carrier Philippine Airlines announced on Monday it will operate more flights between Manila and Davao to serve the increasing demand for essential travel out of the commercial heart of Mindanao.

PAL spokesperson Cielo Villaluna said beginning Oct. 3, PAL will increase the Davao-Manila flights to eight (8) times a week, while offering travelers a choice of three Manila-Davao flights per week.

From Davao to Manila, travelers may take: PR1810, departing at 6:30 a.m. every Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.  The flight arrives in Manila at 8:30 a.m., giving travelers a convenient full day in the national capital.

PR1818, departing from Davao every Saturday at 4 p.m. and arriving in Manila at 6 p.m. and  PR1814, departing from Davao every Monday and Thursday at 1:05 p.m., arriving in Manila at 2:55 p.m.

From Manila to Davao, travelers may take: PR1817, departing from Manila every Saturday at 1:25 p.m. and arriving in Davao at 3:20 p.m.

PAL will also introduce five weekly all-cargo flights from Manila to Davao. Its all-cargo flight, PR 1809, will transport goods and supplies every Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday with an early-bird departure of 3:35 a.m. from Manila, arriving in Davao at 5:35 a.m.
