Traffic constables check the site of a road accident involving an SUV that turned on its side after ramming through concrete barriers along the northbound lane of EDSA-Kamuning flyover on Wednesday midnight. The driver was rushed to a nearby hospital after sustaining minor injuries. At least 40% of accidents that happen along Edsa involve drivers who are under the influence of liquor despite a law prohibiting drunk driving, according to the MMDA.
