First responders

A group of first responders attend to an e-trike driver after he figured in an accident at the foot of Jones Bridge in Manila. The driver lost control of his e-trike due to the slippery road caused by the rain and hurtled into a sidewalk and tipped over, pinning him under the e-trike.
