Residents of Tagaytay City walk up from the lower levels of the famed Tagaytay Picnic Grove—which offers a stunning view of the Taal volcano and lake (inset, file photo)—after the local government opened the park to the public on Saturday for the first time since the coronavirus pandemic broke in March. The park will be open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, with guards and local police monitoring and reminding park goers to follow health protocols.
